The stadium seating is both good and bad. Good in that you can still see if the person in front of you stands up; bad if you don't like stairs. I counted more that 30 steps to my seat and had to go up stairs to get to the flight back down to my seat. Not the place to take Grandma or anyone with a bad hip or knee.
Okay first my negatives I don't believe that kids should be allowed to run anything they have their phones out , you can hear them cussing , they don't seem very interested in the job. They seem like kids without parents ,I wouldn't recommend that to be the staffing. Now how about things I do enjoy I think it's a well-put-together theater I think that it has all the amenities of a top theater I like location. I like the movies .I like the food selection the bars seem thorough and they're stock and staffed. The seats are high speed technology and clean. The place feels like a fun place to go on a lazy Saturday or a busy Friday night.
Valley View is our favorite theater on the planet. We literally drive a half hour out of the way to see movies here. Popcorn is always good, picture quality is great, seats are comfortable... we've literally never had a bad experience. Now, we're kind of weird that we like going to movies early at off hours to avoid crowds, so I can't vouch what it's like when it's busy. However, first showings on a Saturday are always great!
Wish they had more people working the box office counters on discount days, every Tuesday. It's always packed and sometimes takes really long just to get our tickets. Also wish the recliners went back farther. It just slightly reclines your back, not enough for relaxing though. Other than that though, great theatre... All associates are nice and helpful, food is always hot and fresh. Love the discount tub and cup... Get one every December for cheap refills the whole following year!

One of the best movies experiences I've had in Cleveland. I love that you can reserve your specific seat in advance, that's not have to worry about getting a bad seat and not having to get to the theater too far in advance. The seats recline and there's plenty of room making it a very enjoyable and comfortable experience.
